"Joe's Auto Repair went above and beyond the service I scheduled. I had purchased a Rav4 at auction and asked Joe to do a safety/drivability check on it before driving it home- they ended up finding a damaged radiator&condenser, bent front bumper support and cover and spent the day pulling out the front end and replacing the radiator so I could safely drive. They somehow fit me in to their already fully booked schedule (and even buffed out some scratches and used a heat gun to re-shape the bumper cover) Joe and his assistant are true old school mechanics who value providing excellent service at fair prices- truly a customer centric shop."

"Great costumer service, I was afraid to try local but I gotta say I got lucky for my first pick. Very considerable on the diagnostic fees (because if it wouldn’t take them too long to find out what’s wrong they wave the diagnostic fees which goes for $65) and the owner even gave me a ride home, coincidentally I think because he’s about to go to the shopping plaza right where I live."
